Service Rates:
	Our services are based on an hourly fee or fixed-fee, depending on the particular task. A specific hourly rate or fixed-fee is provided when booking the service. Retainers may be required for larger projects or purchases.
Payment Types & Terms :
	We accept Cash, Checks, Visa and MasterCard. Return checks are subject to a $30 service fee and any additional charges incurred by to collect. All Errand and Shopping Services are pre-paid or a deposit requested unless prior arrangements have been made. Prices do not include the cost of actual services or purchases, for example, the cost of the groceries, dry cleaning, movie rentals and the like. Prices are subject to change with out notice. Requests for service can be made via our website, email, telephone or fax.
Service Hours :
	's normal business hours are 8:00am until 5:00pm monday through Friday (excluding some national holidays). On Saturday we are open by appointment only. We will accommodate clients requiring emergency errands and after hours when ever possible, additional charges may apply.
Cancellation Policy :
	Please inform us of any cancellation within a twenty-four hour period. For service cancelled within less than four hours notice, or for services already begun, a $25.00 service fee will be applied.
